On February 18, the second third meeting of the Board of Directors and Supervisors, along with a membership meeting of the Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association, was successfully held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hongqiao, Shanghai. As a supervisor of the association, Shanghai VIGOUR participated in this meeting, which focused on reviewing the achievements of the laboratory association in 2022 and discussing future work plans.
During the meeting, the Shanghai Laboratory Association issued appointment certificates to the newly appointed president, vice presidents, directors, and supervisors of the second term, and held a ceremony for the new members of each working committee. To recognize outstanding contributions and encourage progress, the association also awarded honor certificates to member units recognized as 2022 Star-level Integrity Units and those that supported and helped with organizational development.
This meeting served as both a review of 2022 and a planning session, marking the first clear goal-setting after the New Year. “Those who aspire to great deeds do not halt midway,” VIGOUR (Shanghai VIGOUR) will maintain its original intention, act pragmatically, and accelerate the research and demonstration application of laboratory fluid control systems, providing comprehensive, high-quality services for laboratory construction projects throughout their lifecycle.
VIGOUR Association Specialized Training
At the same time, on February 19, the Shanghai Laboratory Equipment Association held a specialized training session on “Sales Project Management” at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). The training focused on the operation and management of major projects within enterprises, the use of tools in practical operations, and teamwork among different departments.
During the training, participants listened attentively, took notes, and actively asked questions, indicating they found it very beneficial. Among them, VIGOUR Sales Manager Cao Yuna expressed that in future work, she should focus on user-oriented “recommendation sales,” identifying the real doubts behind obvious problems, transforming sales thinking and models to become a top-notch sales professional who can resolve client queries and assist in decision-making, thereby providing high-quality and efficient service to clients and facilitating the accelerated construction and implementation of fluid project engineering.
At the end of the training, to encourage the students' spirit of learning and enhance their enthusiasm, Teacher Wang and two vice presidents presented training certificates to the participants and took commemorative photos to mark the first lesson of the year.
